RN/LVN Needed for Home Healthcare Agency in Fort Worth and neighbouring cities.
— 1-2 years Recent Experience in Home Healthcare a must.
— PRN visits, must be able to handle 5-8 client case load per week or more.

Marketer, Sales, Community Liaison (CL) for Fort Worth and neighbouring cities.
Immediate openings for Marketers / Sales person / CL who can bring in new Medicare patients to home health agency.
Candidates should have college education.
There are two classes of marketer positions available. Experienced and Entry Level
1. Level: Highly Experienced
Total compensation of $100,000/year (Including Bonus plus base salary if you meet your quota)
Expectation is that experienced Community Liaison (CL) ) who already have established network of clients (relationship) with hospitals, Doctor’s Office, ALF, Senior Living etc. should be able to bring in 30+ Medicare patients/month.
Marketer/CL will receive a base salary plus Bonus
$1,000/month of base salary starts after bringing in 8 patients.
$2,000/month of base salary starts after bringing in 15 patients.
There is no base salary if you do not bring in any patient.
If you are not experienced in Home Healthcare Marketing then we will:
–Train you in Home Healthcare business process.
–Direct you where to go, what to say, how to approach your potential clients.
–Provide you with contact information, brochure, and business card.
2. Level: Entry Level (No experience required)
$8.00/hr. flat

3. Caregiver/Personal Care Attendant
JOB DESCRIPTION
Access HHCS is currently looking for reliable, caring, compassionate and mature caregivers who are sincerely interested in improving
the life of seniors and disable adults in their own home.
FUNCTIONALITY
Personal care attendants offer services based on the specific needs of their clients, so their daily tasks vary. Some may do minor
housework, such as laundry, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens,cleaning
bathrooms.food shopping, escort. walking and meal preparation. Aides often help clients get into and out of bed and dress and undress.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- One year of experience as a personal care attendant.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
- High school graduate or G.E.D certificate preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and DMV check.
- CPR/TB screening required upon hire.
